The SRS Adapter is a non-invasive solution that enables sub-millimetric positioning for Stereotactic Radiosurgery treatments on the Portrait™ and S-type devices. The system reduces motion, allowing for maximum dose to the tumor while minimizing radiation delivered to the surrounding healthy tissue.
Clinical Advantages:
- Enables treatment of SRS and multiple lesions with a single isocenter when combined with Encompass™ SRS Fibreplast® Masks
- Accomodates a variety of SRS headrests and cushion supports for a fully customizable setup

MOLDCARE® Cushions provide customized and comfortable head support, which are critical components of patient positioning. The cushion is composed of a soft fabric bag containing expanded polystyrene beads coated in a moisture-cured resin. When activated with water, the pillow becomes rigid, conforming to the contours of the patient's head and neck. It can be used alone or on a Silverman Head Support.

MOLDCARE® Cushions provide customized and comfortable head support, which are critical components of patient positioning. The cushion is composed of a soft fabric bag containing expanded polystyrene beads coated in a moisture-cured resin. When activated with water, the pillow becomes rigid, conforming to the contours of the patient's head and neck. It can be used alone or on a Silverman Head Support.
Silverman Head Supports
Silverman Head Supports are available both individually or in a set of sizes A-F. As with the Silverman 'M' Support, the standard supports are clear and highly radiolucent.
For the Silverman 'M' this exclusive low-profile design allows the occiput to rest below the top plane of the board. By lowering the patient's head, the mask is stretched a shorter distance during the molding process. Less stretch means a more comfortable mask and an overall better fit for your patient.
The Silverman Q1 and Q2 minimize overstretching of the mask while simultaneously offering cranial support.
