This device increases functionality by providing the ability to attach thermoplastic sheets to the Access Supine. This increases reproducibility of breast for positioning treatment. The device works in conjunction with 14" Opti-Handles to secure thermoplastics to the Access Supine.

Aquaplast RT™ Cosmas Cup™
The Aquaplast RT™ Cosmas Cup™ is a custom device that provides lift to the patient's breast and helps eliminate unwanted folds during radiotherapy treatment. Developed in conjunction with therapist Dawn Cosmas, the Aquaplast RT™ Cosmas Cup™ helps minimize tissue breakdown under the breast. By minmizing breast skin fold, skin dose is reduced. The Aquaplast RT™ Cosmas Cup™ offers easy and precise positioning.
- Like the Aquaplast RT™ masks, the Aquaplast RT™ Cosmas Cup™ precuts have a consistent perforation pattern containing no solid area. This maximizes skin sparing.
- The Aquaplast RT™ portion of the cup is heated in water and molded around the patient's breast.
- The strap is secured after the molding process and then taped into place to ensure reproducibility.
